‘Run & Jump’ is produced by Samson Films in co-production with Bavaria Pictures.
The debut feature film by Steph Green is co-written by Ailbhe Keogan and Green. It was released in North America by Sundance Selects on Friday January 24th theatrically and on VOD platforms.
The film marks Green's debut feature, having received an Oscar nomination for her short 'New Boy' in 2007.
The film is set in rural Kerry and stars Maxine Peake ('Silk', 'Shameless') and Will Forte ('30 Rock', 'Saturday Night Live') as the story takes a leap of faith into the messy unknown that life has to offer.
The film previously premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in 2013, and was winner of the Best Irish Feature at the 2013 Galway Film Fleadh and Best First Feature at the New York Irish Film Festival, ‘Run & Jump’ was filmed over a six week period in Wicklow and Kerry.
The film's producer is Tamara Angie, key members of the cast include actors Edward MacLiam, Sharon Horgan, Ciara Gallagher, and HODs Nathan Nugent (editor) and Kevin Rickey (director of photography).
