Screen Training Ireland Partner with VFXAI to deliver VFX Programme
08 Apr 2014 | Screen Training Ireland part of Bord Scannán na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board is delighted to partner with the VFX Association of Ireland (VFXAI) on its European training programme, ‘VFX: Script to Screen’. With the formation of VFXAI, Egg Post Production and Piranha Bar will join Windmill Lane and Screen Scene in lending their talent, support and expertise to the programme. VFXAI was established to promote Ireland nationally and internationally as a VFX centre of excellence.

DkIT & RTÉ to Host CIRCOM Workshop

IFB Frameworks Scheme Open for Applications

New Casting Agency Set Up in North West by Karen Gorman
07 Mar 2014 | Karen Gorman set up her Speech and Drama Academy ten years ago and now has venues in Letterkenny and Starnolar, Co. Donegal. Running the business with her husband Garry Gorman B.TECH ED., GRAD. DIP Arts, Karen’s Academy runs a programme of acting performances from September to December. The students, from age three right up to adults, also have acting performance exams with the Irish Board of Speech and Drama.
