Northern Ireland Screen’s Irish Language Broadcast Fund marks 10th Anniversary
26 Feb 2015 | Northern Ireland Screen has been managing the Irish Language Broadcast Fund (ILBF) since its inception in 2004 with the first television projects funded in March 2005. On Thursday, 26th February, a number of industry practitioners, former trainees and Irish language enthusiasts will gather in the Linen Hall Library to mark the achievements of the fund over the past 10 years.

IFTA/BAFTA Panel discussion held in London on January 22nd looks at maximising S481 tax incentives for UK Producers
29 Jan 2015 | IFTA and BAFTA co-hosted a panel discussion in London on Thursday, January 22nd – with over 180 producers and financial execs (including 40 Irish producers who travelled to the UK for the event) turning out to listen to an expert panel talking about maximising the tax incentives offered by Ireland’s newly enhanced and broadened Section 481 guidelines for UK producers.

BAI awards funding of €1.4 million to education and animation projects

Northern Irish companies speak out against proposed 50% cuts
