The course will provide practical, hands-on experience in all aspects of TV with an emphasis on Presentation and Direction, and will run from Saturday November 26th to February of next year.
The training will enable learners to understand how television works, from idea to broadcast, while providing industry experience with an emphasis on practical training.
Learners with a particular interest in presenting will benefit from mentorship with current presenters and learn to present in different formats throughout the course; single camera, multi-camera, interviews, and programmes with both single and co-presenters.
Those interested in directing for TV will gain experience in both single and multi-camera set ups with a crew including camera people, a vision mixer, floor manager, sound, lighting and a production assistant.
