The Broadcast Authority of Ireland is accepting applications for its annual Sponsorship Scheme until midday, Thursday November 10th.
This annual Scheme provides financial and/or in-kind support to a range of events and activities that are relevant to the work of the BAI.
The total sponsorship budget for the 2017 scheme is €130,000, while the average grant offered is €6,000.
Scheme Objectives:
- To raise awareness and contribute to the achievement of the BAI’s mission, strategic objectives and/or particular BAI policies (see BAI Strategy Statement 2014 - 2016)
- To contribute to the development and growth of the broadcasting sector and to promote and reflect the various strands of the broadcasting sector
- To ensure prudent use of BAI resources
- To provide a clear process and criteria by which proposals for sponsorship will be assessed
- To ensure transparency of decision making
