Screen Training Ireland to run seminar detailing changes in New Companies Act 2014

Event will take place on February 23rd in Dublin
Screen Training Ireland, in association with Screen Producers Ireland, are to run a seminar giving a practical guide for Film & TV companies to the new Companies Act 2014.

The half-day event will take place at the Alexander Hotel in Dublin on February 23rd and tutors will include John Gleeson Head of Media & Entertainment at Grant Thornton), Jillian O’Sullivan (Partner – Company Secretarial at Grant Thornton) and Ruth Hunter (Head of Entertainment Law at Matheson).

The event is being ran for producers for Film and TV companies who wish to learn more about the New Companies Act.

Topics covered will include: Key points of change for companies, generic and specific to film/television production companies as well as guidance on implications for companies availing of Section 481.

The session will be chaired by Catherine Tiernan from Screen Producers Ireland.Apply online at www.screentrainingireland.ie with your current CV.
