IFTN talks to Charlie Murphy
2014-10-09 12:35 : Paul Byrne

Enniscorthy-born actress Charlie Murphy is one busy woman right now. There's Love/Hate, of course, alongside the BBC hits The Village and Happy Valley, the TV miniseries Quirke, plus period drama Northmen - A Viking Saga and Yann Demange's acclaimed feature debut, '71. And that's not to mention her beautiful face staring out at you around Dublin, advertising her presence in Mark O'Rowe's Our Few And Evil Days. Paul Byrne caught up with the sad-eyed lady of the, eh, coastlands to talk about early days, the price of fame, and being back in Ireland.
