Irish animators and filmmakers have until tomorrow to register to attend next month’s Cartoon Finance conference in Dublin.
The two-day seminar will take place in the city’s Westin Dublin over November 13-14 with speakers set to include Jackie Edwards, executive producer / animation and acquisitions at CBEEBIES; John Rice of Jam Media; and Natalie Altmann, CEO of Media Valley; among dozens more.
The final call for registration for the seminar is tomorrow (October 25) with those interested in attending asked to register through the Cartoon Masters website.
The seminar aims to provide practical financial tools, insights into decision-makers' strategies and new marketplace opportunities for animation professionals.
Talks will include a broadcasters panel on children's TV; the Irish and the upcoming UK tax credit schemes and the international distribution market for animated series.
