RTÉ’s deadline for programmes hoping to receive its support in advance of the next round of Irish Language Broadcast funding is tomorrow (April 27).
The broadcaster will accept series and individual programme proposals until close of business tomorrow and is particularly interested in “fresh and innovative programme pitches in any genre which address the requirements of the broadcast schedule”.
It will then assess any submissions ahead of Northern Ireland Screen’s Irish Language Broadcast Fund deadline on May 11.
The broadcaster is also currently seeking submissions for Irish-language programmes seeking support in their bid for the Broadcasting Authoity of Ireland’s Sound and Vision Round 15 on July 13.
All submissions must be received by RTÉ Cláracha Gaeilge at least four weeks prior to that deadline.
