Sensational Irish dance troupe Prodijig will this weekend compete for a £250,000 cash prize in the grand final of Sky 1 HD’s ‘Got to Dance’.

Hosted by Davina McCall, ‘Got To Dance’ has become a ratings success for the station attracting 1 million viewers each week. Producers scoured Britain and Ireland to find the best crews, troupes and solo dancers of all styles and ages.

Irish dancers Prodijig, who recently performed for President Michael D. Higgins at the Irish Film & Television Awards, were one of the first acts who made it to the live finals with one of the show’s judges ‘Diversity’ star Ashley Banjo commenting “I don’t know if I’ve ever wanted an act in the final as much as I want you!” Following Prodijig’s first audition judge Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt said it was "the best audition we've seen this series, and possibly ever."

‘Prodijig’ are the only Irish act to make the finals of the competition with Tayluer & Elliott, Fear of The Unknown, Boadicea, Sweet Surprise, Antics, Methods of Movement, A-Team, Unity UK and Kazzum also in with a chance of winning.
