Darwin Templeton (UTV Live, Insight) is to take over as Executive Editor of News at UTV. Templeton has over 21 years experience working as a journalist for UTV and writing for the Belfast Telegraph.
Speaking about his new appointment Templeton said, “I am delighted to once again be working within UTV’s very strong news team. As well as being the most watched news by far in Northern Ireland, UTV Live’s ratings are almost double that of the ITV Network regional news average. My challenge is to maintain and build upon that success in the coming months on all platforms.”
