UK digital TV provider Sky has announced today that it is to create 800 new jobs over the next two years in Dublin as part of a dedicated new customer contact centre for Irish customers.
The new customer contact centre will be Sky’s tenth customer service centre across the UK, Scotland and Ireland and will be located at the Burlington Plaza in Dublin’s city centre.
Sky are beginning recruitment immediately to fill the wide the positions on offer ranging from customer service manager and advisor roles to training, coaching and HR positions.
Jeremy Darroch, Sky Chief Executive, comments, “I’m delighted that we are opening a centre in Ireland. Our Irish customers are very important to our business and the creation of this customer centre will ensure they receive first class customer service.
