Straywave Completes 'Fade Street', 'Brian and Pippa' & 'Catwalk Kilimanjaro'

Straywave Media has just completed three new productions, with ‘Brian and Pippa are getting Married’ and ‘Fade Street’ to air on RTÉ 2 before Christmas, and TV3’s ‘Catwalk to Kilimanjaro’ to air in early 2012.

The new series of ‘Fade Street’ will premiere on RTE player on 28th November as five, ten minute episodes, with several new media additions such as interviews of the original cast, photos and competitions.

The webisodes will then be compiled into two new episodes of the series to be shown on RTÉ2 on December 1st and 8th. Produced by John Norton and directed by Stephen McCormack, the new series was shot over October and posted in EMC post production.

‘Brian and Pippa are getting Married’ will air on RTÉ2 on November 24th. The Fly-on-the-wall documentary follows TV presenter Brain Ormonde (You’re a Star) and model Pippa O Connor over a six month period, as the high profile couple plan their wedding at The Ritz Carlton for 400 guests. Filmed between February and June, the series posted at Bobby C TV, and was produced by John Norton with Stephen McCormack directing.

Filming has just wrapped on TV3's ‘Catwalk to Kilimanjaro’ which will air early in 2012, where 4 high profile Irish models fund-raised and climbed Mt Kilimanjaro in Africa.

Directed by John Norton and produced by Stephen McCormack, the series was filmed from September to November as Former Miss Universe Ireland Rozanna Purcell climbed the mountain with models Lynn Kelly, Daniella Moyles and Emily MacKeogh over eight days in often freezing conditions, to raise awareness and funds for the Make a Wish Foundation.
