Lenny Abrahamson’s (Adam and Paul, Garage) latest feature ‘What Richard Did’ has gone into post production at Screen Scene in Dublin, after shooting on location in and around Dublin and Wicklow for five weeks.
‘What Richard Did’ is set in present day Dublin and tells the story of the lives of a group of teenagers with particular focus on ‘Richard’, a young sports star, who is life is changed after a senseless act of violence. It is produced by Element Pictures’ Ed Guiney (The Guard), with Andrew Lowe (The Wind that Shakes the Barley) executive producing.
Offline editor for the feature is Nathan Nugent. Post is expected to complete in the spring with the film scheduled for release through Element Pictures Distribution in 2012.
Screen Scene’s other credits include ‘Game of Thrones’, ‘As If I Am Not There’ and RTÉ’s ‘The Panel’. They are currently doing pre-viz on John Moore’s ‘A Good Day to Die Hard’, the eagerly anticipated fifth instalment of the action franchise.
