Red camera technology will be dealt with on September the 19 including ‘A Beginners Guide to Red for Post’, September 26 will deal with location shoots including an introduction to shooting location requirements and how to set up a location.

The following Saturday, October 3, will deal with the topic of sound post production and hopes to give a broad understanding of all aspects of audio post production. Screen Scene and the Production People are subsidising the sessions by offering the venue, facilities and facilitators free of charge. “We are investing some time and resources into forums, talks and networking facilities that should benefit people involved in both production and post-production.” said Deirdre Ryan of The Production People.

“This is an opportunity to share some real world experiences, everybody learns from these sessions including ourselves and it maximizes the use of our facilities, we are delighted to be involved” Jim Duggan, MD of Screen Scene commented.

There will be a fee of €50 on the day to cover the cost of guest-speakers and a light lunch.
