Production Depot Celebrates Successful 2007

Facilities company The Production Depot is celebrating a successful year, having worked on a long list of productions in the last 12 months, including ‘Rock Rivals’, ‘Eden’, ‘Paddywhackery’ and ‘Shrooms’.

Having recently wrapped filming on the 20 week ITV Drama, 'Rock Rivals', The Depot are currently servicing several features, dramas, commercials, docos and shorts. These projects include Kari Skogland’s 'Man On The Run' (35 mm); 'Whistleblower', and ‘Fit’ (HDCAM), 'George Gently II' (HDCAM) and 'No Laughing Matter'.

The company also supplied equipment for many projects earlier in the year including Declan Recks’ 'Eden' (35mm), 'The Clinic V' (HDCAM) , 'Anton' (HDCAM), Daniel O’Hara’s 'Paddywhackery' (Digi), Brian Kirk’s 'My Boy Jack' (Grips) and Guillermo del Toro’s ‘Hellboy II’ (35mm).

Other projects supplied on general release or in festivals include Paddy Breathnach’s 'Shrooms' (35mm), Lenny Abrahamson’s 'Garage' (35mm), Mark Mahon’s ‘Strength & Honour’ (35mm) and Steph Green’s award-winning short ‘New Boy’ (35mm). Other recent shorts include ‘Fifth Street’ (35mm) and ‘An Foireann Codladh’ (HDCAM).

The Production Depot is a supplier of the latest film, video/digital and grip equipment. The company is currently reviewing their entire Film, video/digital and grip stock going into 2008.

The Depot have this week revised their stock to increase their 16mm and 35mm camera stock levels and are currently awaiting the arrival of new equipment including 2 X SONY PMW EX1 Cameras , 2 X RED Camera systems as well as HDCAM PLAYERS and FIRESTORE HARD DRIVE recording systems.

The Production Depot is agent for ARRI MEDIA in Ireland and as such is an 'ARRI Worldwide Partner'. ARRI Media's recent Credits include: 'City Of Embers', 'Fred Claus', 'In Bruges', 'The Bourne Ultimatum', 'Eastern Promises', 'Boy A', 'St. Trinians' and 'Hunger'.
