‘Kings’ Inks US Theatrical Deal with BFS

Tom Collins’ feature film ‘Kings’ has scored a North American theatrical deal with BFS Entertainment. Negotiated through sales agent High Point Films, the deal was sealed at the recent American Film Market.

BFS, a successful DVD distributor, will launch its theatrical arm with the release of ‘Kings’ in the US.

The film, written and directed by Tom Collins, stars Colm Meaney alongside an ensemble cast of Irish actors including Brendan Conroy and Donal O’Kelly.

The Irish language film has been submitted by the Irish Film and Television Academy for consideration in the Oscars Foreign Language Film Award, making it the first foreign language entry from an Irish film.
