‘Why The Irish Dance That Way’ Screens At NY’s MOMA

The Irish short film ‘Why The Irish Dance That Way’ has been selected to screen in the Museum of Modern Art in New York City as part of the museum’s Shortfest, Outstanding Films from International Festivals event.

Written and directed by Nick Kelly, the film was produced by Seamus Byrne of Zanita Films and the choreographer was Rónán Ó Riagáin. Both Nick and Seamus will be traveling to New York for the screenings on the 6th and 8th of June.

The film was funded by the Arts Council and the 'RTE Dance on the Box' scheme.
