“Cannes remains resolutely the pre-eminent destination for generations of cinema’s auteurs plus revelations from newcomers. We are excited to be presenting a selection of new work ranging from acute observations of contemporary China to reflections of the Irish Troubles,” said MIFF Executive Director James Hewison.
‘The Wind That Shakes the Barley’ opens across Ireland from the 23rd of June.
