‘The Ten Steps’ Wins Best Short At Stiges Festival

SP Films / Galway Film Centre / RTE short film “The Ten Steps” has won Best Short in the Official Fantastic Section Competition at the Sitges International Film Festival of Catalonia, one of the world’s most renowned festivals for fantasy cinema.

’The Ten Steps’ was written and directed by Brendan Muldowney and produced by Conor Barry. It stars Jill Harding as a young girl who baby-sits in an old house. It recently received commendations for Best Irish Short and Best Director at the Kerry Film Festival.

The short received completion funding from the Irish Film Board as it was an official selection at the London Film Festival.
