MGM have just picked up North American DVD and video rights for the Brown Bag / Monster Distributes’ pre-school series Why? (52 x 2 mins).

MGM Home Entertainment, a division of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc., plans to enhance its presence in the children’s home entertainment arena by forging relationships with family entertainment companies such as Monster, and is committed to acquiring live-action and animated films, television programs, content derived from the publishing domain, established licensed brands and original direct-to-video products that are targeted at family entertainment.
