The Department of Health has appointed the QMP D'Arcy Group as the agency to deal with its creative and media accounts, estimated to be worth eur5 million a year. This consolidated account means that Media Vest (part of the QMP D'Arcy group) will deal with the Department's media account. QMP previously dealt with the Department's anti-smoking campaign.
