Irish winners at this year’s Kinsale advertising awards focused primarily on Guinness, Carlsberg, AIB.
McConnells won four awards, three of which were for their work with AIB’s ‘Lives’ series, produced by McConnells by Speers Films (Brian/Mistletoe/Jane/Danny) and for the National Lottery produced by Russell Avis Productions.
Speers Films also won for their work with Owens DDB Agency for Lenny Abrahamson’s directed ‘Dreams’ commercial for Carlsberg. The production company, Toytown, won with Irish International BBDO for their work for Guinness ads ‘1759’ and ‘Black and White’.
