Following a busy and successful MIPCON, Irish distribution company Monster Distributes have announced recent deals for ‘Picme’ and ‘Jungle Beat’ secured with Voom Netowrks’ Animania HD, a high-definition channel solely dedicated to animation.
The channel has taken IFTA winning animation series ‘Picme’ (104 x 5 mins), from Irish production company Jam Media, and ‘Jungle Beat’ (13 x 5 mins), from Zimbabwean production company Sunrise Media for U.S. high-definition broadcast. Animania HD is one of 10 high-definition core channels currently available through VOOM HD Networks, the largest and most diverse suite of high definition channels nationwide and currently available on DISH Network.
