Fujifilm Motion Picture will be demonstrating its new Fujicolor ETERNA Vivid colour negative film stocks at an exclusive event in Dublin on Thursday, May 5th that will be run with the Irish Film and Television Academy. The ETERNA Vivid range consists of Vivid 160T, Vivid 500T and the new Vivid 250D. The event will also see the launch of Film First, a new processed paid film stock initiative.
The Irish Film and Television Academy and Fujifilm will host the event which will see a demonstration of the latter’s film stocks; Vivid 160T, Vivid 500T and the new Vivid 250D, all of which look to offer high contrast, high saturation, punchy vivid colours, crisp deep blacks and clear skin tones.
Participants will also enjoy screenings of projects show by Directors of Photography, Gabriel Beristain (Carne de tu Carne) ASC BSC AMC, Phedon Papamichael (Walk the Line) ASC, Kramer Morganthau (Boardwalk Empire) ASC and Dion Beebe (Memoirs of a Geisha) ACS ASC.
The exclusive demonstration and screening event will also see the launch of Film First, a new processed paid film stock delivery service that is to run in conjunction with Deluxe Soho, Fujifilm Motion Picture and Dublin post-production houses, Windmill Lane and Screen Scene.
The event will take place on Thursday May, 5th starting with a drinks reception at 6pm, followed by the screening in Denzille Cinema.
