‘fyi.’ Launches ‘fyi. Newsbyte’

Tweet Tuesday, March 8th marks the first anniversary of TV3’s alternative information show, ‘fyi.’ The show’s monthly audience ratings of 200,000 people have lead to the launch of a new daily bulletin, ‘fyi. Newsbyte’ on 3e. Since its launch on March 8th 2010, the average audience for ‘fyi.’ has increased by 50%, now reaching over 200,000 people each month. The show, produced by ‘TV3 News’ reporters, Brian Foley and Claire Brock airs weekdays at 6:00pm on 3e and new bulletin show ‘fyi. Newsbite’ will broadcast daily on 3e at 1:00pm from today onwards. The latter will act as an additional news update service to ‘fyi.’ The multi platform shows are fronted by Caroline Twohig, Cassie Stokes and Paul Walsh who look to bring viewers the top stories of the day, alongside technology news and sports headlines. The information covered in the show also features as web and internet stories, downloads and is listed on Twitter and Facebook. ’fyi.’ broadcasts on weeknights at 6:00pm on 3e and ‘fyi.
