RTÉ Diversity Announces Multicultural Deadline

Tweet RTÉ diversity has announced a deadline of Friday, April 16th for the receipt of submissions for its multicultural programming. The broadcaster has said that it is close to making decisions on filling its multiculture slots of 4 x 26 minutes. Individuals interested in submitting an idea for the multicultural area of programming should send it to Multiculture on eCommissioning by close of business on Friday 16th of April. Any proposals received after this date will be considered for future slots. The selection process will be overseen by RTÉ’s commissioning editor, Mairéad Ní Nuadháin and the editor for education, John MacMahon. The selected programmes will broadcast on 7.30pm on RTÉ ONE from Monday to Friday across two weeks in March 2011 with a budget of €45,000 per episode.
