Thursday, February 25th sees the return of the Irish version of ‘Dragons' Den’ for another series on RTÉ. Featuring entrepreneurs and business figures Sarah Newman, Gavin Duffy, Bobby Kerr, Sean Gallagher and Niall O'Farrell, the series is presented by Richard Curran, Deputy Editor of The Sunday Business Post.
In this new eight-part series from Screentime Shinawil Irish entrepreneurial companies and individuals will once again pitch an array of ideas at the Dragons; from Caribbean spice to Seaweed Liquor. The dragons have already invested their own time, money and energies in last year's successful candidates (totalling over €1 million) and these have lead to success stories such as Michael Connolly’s ‘Animatazz’, Timothy Rooney’s ‘Surf Seeds’, Elaine-Sarah Comerford’s ‘Buttons & Co’.
In this series, audiences will find out which one of the Dragons will invest the most to support entrepreneurial spirit and encourage enterprise and success in this series. ‘Dragons’ Den’ is directed by James Kenneally (Dragons’ Den Series One) and is produced by Eugenia Clooney (The Box). The director of photographer for the series is Joe Edwards (Luke Kelly: The Perofrmer).
‘Dragons' Den’ airs on RTÉ One on Thursday 25th of February at 10.15pm.
