The National Film School, in association with Bord Scannán na hÉireann/the Irish Film Board will welcome Jim Duggan, the managing director of Screenscene as part of the Lecture Series on Thursday, March 5th.
Jim Duggan has been working in the film and television industry for almost thirty years. Beginning his career as a film editor, he progressed to cutting drama, documentaries and commercials, winning awards and acclaim along the way, before becoming the Managing Director of Screenscene.
Jim Duggan and a colleague from Screenscene’s VFX team will make a presentation about their work including ‘Game of Thrones’ (Season 1); ‘Secret State’; ‘Ripper Street’; ‘Last Days On Mars’; ‘Moonfleet’; ‘Loving Miss Hatto’; ‘Frank’; and ‘A Good Day to Die Hard’.
The NFS Lecture Series will take place on Thursday, March 5th 2015 at A019 on the IADT Campus at 5pm.
