We currently have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join a busy Dublin based HETV Drama company. We are producing drama of the highest quality and would love to hear from a proactive PA who would like to be part of a small and ambitious team with potential for growth in the company. We welcome hybrid office/WFH working.
Duties to include:
- Diary management and day-to-day support for senior management.
- Maintaining a strong familiarity of all projects.
- Book and coordinate travel and festivals as required.
- Assisting the accountant/bookkeeper with admin.
- Performing research on talent / industry professionals and research for current projects
- Managing and updating social media channels and the company website
- Maintaining a strong familiarity across all projects
- Admin support for management.
- Reading scripts and other material and providing feedback.
- Tracking and assisting with funding and festival applications.
We are looking for someone who has proven relevant industry experience with:
- Minimum 1-2 years industry experience at a Studio/Production Company/Agency in Film, TV, Theatre or Arts.
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Experience working in fast paced environments, able to adapt/be flexible.
- Forward thinker and hands on attitude.
- Strong knowledge of the industry – recent commissions, emerging platforms preferable.
- The ideal candidate would be looking to progress in a career within a production company.
