Junior Presentation Assistant

TV3 has a vacancy for a Junior Presentation Assistant. The following is a summary of the primary requirements.

THE CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Scheduling presentation and promo items for TV3 and 3e
• Scheduling key sponsorship campaigns
• Timing and checking presentation schedules prior to transmission
• Assisting with BAI regulatory reporting
• Support/ Cover for the presentation and scheduling department
• Other general presentation and scheduling duties as required

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING ATTRIBUTES:

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organisational and numerical skills
• A keen attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure in an ever changing television environment
