Aifric
IFTA-winning Irish language series ‘Aifric’, produced by Telegael / TG4, scooped the Bronze Torc in the Children’s category on the third day of the Celtic Media Festival, which takes place in Galway from the 16th-18th April, 2008.

Other Irish winners were radio programme ‘Remembering Hannah Greally’, produced by Mary Owens, which picked up the Radio Documentary award.

All winners received Bronze Torcs for Excellence at a ceremony in the Radisson SAS Hotel, Galway, which was presented by Daithi O Se of TG4 and Bernie Ni Chuinn of Raidio na Gaeltachta.
