BAFTA and Northern Ireland Screen will present an event entitled ‘Industry Insights with David Morrissey’ in Belfast on Saturday, February 6th and are currently inviting attendance applications.
The event will see twice BAFTA-nominated actor and director David Morrissey hosting a panel discussion and networking session. David will share his insights on the crucial relationship between actors and filmmakers, how to make the most of it, and discuss his recent journey in adapting a play for his directorial debut ‘Don't Worry About Me’. The actor has had roles in films such as ‘Nowhere Boy’, ‘The Other Boleyn Girl’, ‘The Reaping’ and television series including ‘Doctor Who’ and ‘State of Play’.
The organisers are inviting applications primarily from students and individuals starting out in a career in filmmaking and acting but everyone is invited to apply.
