Element Pictures Distribution have announced that the nationwide Irish release of 'The Guard' will launch on July 8th 2011. Starring Brendan Gleeson (Perrier's Bounty) and Don Cheadle (Ocean's 11), the comic caper has enjoyed much international success already, opening the Sundance Film Festival and claiming the Best Debut Film award for John Michael McDonagh at the Berlin International Film Festival. more |
