BROADCAST | TV3 Brings 'Take Me Out' to Ireland |
Dublin's Helix theatre will play host to the Irish version of hit reality dating show 'Take Me Out' on TV3 this autumn. The fast-moving show sees 30 women hoping to find their match. The Series Producer on board is Billy McGrath (Class Act, The Model Agent) and the series is to be directed by Simon Staffurth (Take Me Out, An Audience with Elton John).

Eurotek has announced that Colaiste Dhulaigh has upgraded its camera division with the addition of new HD QuickTime camcorders from JVC. Based in Dublin, Colaiste Dhulaigh College of Further Education has recently purchased seven GY-HM100 and two GY-HM700 camcorders for use in their three-year Communication and Media Production course.

The 2010 Creative Arts Emmy awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, August 21st followed by the Primetime Emmy awards ceremony will take place on Sunday, 29th August. The 62nd installment of the event will see Irish talent compete in six categories, namely art direction, cinematography, costume and hair and make-up for 'The Tudors' alongside Michael Gambon for his role in 'Emma' and 'Celtic Woman's David Downes for his music direction. more |
