More Irish Titles Confirmed for Toronto Film Fest
'Triage' and 'Perrier's Bounty' will join the list of Irish entries selected for this year's Toronto Film Festival, which brings to six the number of Irish films to premiere at the prestigious event in September. more

The Irish Film Board is concerned that the recommendations in the Report of Special Group on Public Service Numbers and Expenditure Programmes (An Bord Snip Nua), as they refer to BSÉ/IFB, could have substantial and unanticipated negative economic consequences outside of the immediate public sector area that is the primary focus of the Report. more

With John Karabetsos as director, Joe Gavin ex-producer and Josef Krcek DOP, filming has just wrapped in Portlaoise on 'The Stuart Dunne Method'. The documentary/feature was not only a character study of Vincent van Gogh during his final days, but also a highly detailed examination of Stanislavski's method of acting. more
