Déaglán takes the road less travelled. He moves close to nature, to his animals, to those he meets on his path. He is not seeking anything, yet his life is a pilgrimage. On his path, he generates surprising empathy. People warm to him, help him, laugh with him. Nonetheless, he has his moments of darkness. This film follows him on a typical summer pilgrimage along the coast of Kerry and Clare to the Fair of Spancil Hill.
