Heather Humphreys to Replace Jimmy Deenihan as Minister for Arts

A Cabinet reshuffle has confirmed Heather Humphreys as the new Minister for Arts and Heritage, replacing outgoing TD Jimmy Deenihan. The announcement was made by Taoiseach Enda Kenny today.
