Irish TV requires a Traffic and Scheduling Assistant    

Duties

• Manage traffic for the channel including adverts and programmes.
• Assist with Traffic management and follow direction
• Work with sales team in order to make sure ads are approved before airing
• Ensure proper circulation of information
• Handle incoming calls from production, sales and customers
• Take part in training for new traffic and scheduling systems

Requirements

• Must be punctual
• Excellent communication skills – written and oral
• Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction
• Excellent phone and computer skills in all programmes
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Technical knowledge and competences
• Must have a knowledge of media industry

Degree in Digital Media or a background in study of Digital Media required. One year experience with a media company in traffic and scheduling preferable. Salaray is DOE.
