Responsible to: Commercial Strategy & Trading Director, Head of Sales Operations & Agency Group Head
Responsible for: Account Executive, Sales Executive
Main Responsibilities:
- To drive, develop and manage revenue.
- To liaise with relevant people and departments in the TV3 Group to identify and target new business opportunities, both from within and outside the current client base.
- To liaise effectively with Agency contacts to build strong commercial relationships.
- To report sales progress and client updates to management.
- Ensure delivery of well executed and efficient advertising campaigns.
- To be the ultimate point of accountability for customer service and key client relationships.
- To conduct sales meetings with your team.
- To identify opportunities to grow year on year revenue and customer base.
- To develop and deliver presentations as required to agencies & clients.
- To analyse and deliver revenue forecasts and reports.
- To deliver a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction.
- To monitor competitive activity.
- Be administratively competent, alerting your Agency Group Head to problems if necessary.
- To keep up to date on all media matters, attending briefings and industry events as well as any other meetings that would be required.
- To undertake any other duties as requested by management.
People Management
- Liaise with Agency Group Head and aid in training and development of yourself and Account Executive and Sales Executive.
- Ensure that the Account Executive takes control and ownership of certain elements of campaign management, under your guidance and understands the importance of their part in the process.
- Work closely with the Agency Group Head and take your and your Executives career management seriously, preparing for performance reviews and attending any training planned for you.

Essential
- Media Sales Experience
- Proven ability to identify and develop opportunities to maximise revenue
- Proven experience of personally selling and driving significant sales to delivery via interpreting client requirements and generating compelling sales propositions
- Ability to perform under pressure in a team environment
- Numeracy and analytical skills
- A team player with a desire to outperform
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident negotiation & leadership skills
- Ability to be proactive, multi task and manage time effectively
Desirable
- Advertising/Marketing background
