Nuke Operator/Compositor
Brown Bag Films are currently looking for an experienced Nuke Compositor for a contract position to support our Animation Smoke Online suites.
We require someone who is able to work both in a team and on their own in a fast paced environment. You will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills and technical knowledge and have relevant experience in a Post Production environment.
Overview
- Use Nuke to accomplish Animation shot fixes using a combination of Compositing, Grading, Rotoscoping, Painting, 3D intersection removal, Clean-up/object removal and various QC/technical fixes
- Output shot fixes to Media storage for Smoke ingest
- Work closely with the Post Production team to meet Online & Broadcast delivery deadlines
- Work with Directors/Art Directors on complex Animation fixes
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years’ experience using Nuke in a Post Production facility
- Complete understanding of Post Production workflow incl. Broadcast QC requirements, file formats, frame rates etc.
- Previous experience in Rotoscoping and Clean-up an advantage
- We can only consider applicants who are residents or who have current work permits/visas for the Republic of Ireland.
Contract : Fixed Term 4-6 months
Start Date: May 2014
