Motion Designer – Tiny Ark

OVERVIEW

Tiny Ark is an award winning creative film production company with global reach. We work with some of the world’s leading brands, organisations and artists across commercial, documentary and original content.

We are looking for a full time motion designer to join our team. This role can be fully remote or hybrid for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Designing and executing high quality and engaging motion graphics for a broad range of video types
• Collaborate with creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organisation of graphic files.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines, deadlines and design standards.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other Adobe Creative Suite software like Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Graphic design and typography skills are essential
• Experience with 3D graphics and animation tools, such as Cinema 4D or Blender a bonus.
• Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills- both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of the latest trends in motion graphics and video production.
• Ability to work well with deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visuals.
• Portfolio should demonstrate an ability to convey complex information in simple, easy to-understand and visually exciting communications.
