Lotus Media require a facility manager at our busy post production house on South William Street in Dublin City Centre.
Liaise with and support the managing director. Liaise with external suppliers, clients and crews and with freelance production crew to maintain smooth running of the production.
Assemble/maintain and complete Post Production paperwork/delivery and client documentation. Assisting with scheduling, booking kit and crew for shoots, greeting clients, answering the phones, booking Freelancers.
We are looking for someone with a passion and understanding for production and post production. You will need to have previous television production experience along with knowledge of HD production and current post production practices/ workflows.
Experience of working for a broadcaster and of tape less production would be an advantage. You must be incredibly well organised, with a strong attention to administrative detail and have the ability to work quickly to short deadlines under pressure from both internal and external sources. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to deal with all requests/enquiries in a calm, pleasant and efficient way.
