Accepting Applicants for the position Of OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
P&V props & costume hire company is seeking an office administrator in our Galway premises.
We are a new and innovative props company with a difference, in that we take commissions, make & source specialized props & costumes for production companies and stylists, and also for photographers & professionals in the film, theatre & advertising sectors.
Therefore, the ideal candidate will be organized, able to work under his/her own initiative, and with a definite flair and interest in style and different eras. They must also be interested in, and have previous experience in, either the film industry (e.g props buying, wardrobe, production assistant) or possibly theatre administration or stage management.
We would need you to have excellent admin. skills including basic bookkeeping, filing, data system updating and banking. It is also essential to be proficient in Microsoft word, Exel, and email.
We have a large and varied selection of beautiful props and costumes and the job with us will involve managing the hire and return of these, as well as liaising with clients.
