Main Purpose of Job The management and delivery of all advertising inventory across TV3 Group and third party TV Stations

Responsible to: Head of Trading, Sales Operations Manager

Liaison with: Sales Assistants, Account Executive, Agency
Manager, Controller, Head of Trading, Head of Sales, Sales Operations, Traffic, Research

Main tasks of Job

• Responsible to the Sales Operations Manager for the day to day management of the Landmark Airtime booking system
• Alongside Sales Operations Manager and Agency Controller ensuring efficient processing of all bookings from approval to delivery across TV3 group stations and third party clients
• Responsible for the day to day delivery of the advertising spot schedule to traffic for all TV3 Group channels and any third party channels
• The job will involve liaising closely with both Agency Controller and Agency Managers to ensure commercial requirements of our advertising inventory are maximised
• Responsible for delivery of well executed efficient advertising campaigns for TV3 Group
• Responsible to the Head of Trading and Sales Operations Manager for forecasting and monitoring capacity across different audiences for the entire TV3 Group channels by month and across the year
• Work alongside the research department and traffic to best maximise break patterns and audience efficiency in our advertising schedule
• Work with Sales Operations Manager and research department to maintain an efficient forecasting and data inputting of all audience data measurement
• Inform the agency sales teams of both short and long term audience delivery patterns and scheduling changes and requirements

• Television Trading
• Previous experience
