Job Title Marketing and Sponsorship Services Executive

Main Purpose of Job Responsible for planning and implementing marketing and sponsorship activities for TV3 Group

Responsible to: Head of Marketing and Branded Content

Liaison with: Customers, Colleagues, Suppliers, Partners

Main tasks of Job
• To co-ordinate all Marketing Activities for the TV3 Group
• To work with the Sponsorship and Promotions Department to identify, develop and implement commercial opportunities
• To act as liaison with internal departments including production and programming as well as TV3’s external creative, media and research agencies on varied marketing and sales initiatives
• To contribute to the development and implementation of Marketing Strategies and Plans
• Provide Sales Marketing Support, co-ordinating TV3 Sales events and Trade Marketing Initiatives
• Produce copy for TV3’s ongoing trade marketing communication
• To assist the Head of Marketing and Branded Content in the management of the Marketing budget
• To manage the production of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters etc
• To liaise with designers and printers
• To arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
• To maintain and update customer databases
• To use Social Media to optimise all marketing activities
• To monitor competitor activity

Essential

• A degree in Marketing / Advertising
• At least 2 years’ post graduate experience in Marketing/ Advertising
• Excellent communication skills both oral and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent Time Management and Organisational Skills
• Ability to multi- task and work to deadlines
• Flexibility towards working hours
• Excellent creativity and influencing skills
• Experience in using Social Media to optimise marketing activities
• Strong commercial awareness
• Target Driven approach

Desirable

• A relevant Masters Degree
