A vacancy has become available for an Administrator in our Operations Department. This role is crucial to the smooth running of the department and requires a person with a mature outlook with at least three years administration experience.
The following is a summary of the primary functions and requirements and does not outline all of the duties and responsibilities for this position.
THE CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Maintaining the Operations roster for TV3’s Studio, Compliance, Transmission, Ingest, Editing and Graphics staff and distributing crew lists.
• Maintaining good communication with freelancers and booking sick cover.
• Retaining records of all Operations holiday entitlements, requests, and organising cover as required.
• Organising crew for ad-hoc events e.g. extra News coverage, OB’s, extra sports events etc.
• Maintaining records of freelancer bookings for payment.
• Ordering supplies necessary for the Operations Department and raising purchase orders.
• Administer the access passes to TV3.
• Act as the point of contact for security and cleaning staff.
• Ad Hoc Reception duties
• End of month reporting to the Finance department.
