CABOOM OFFICE MANAGER
Caboom is a production company, working in animation, puppetry and liveaction. We produce tv, film and online content for broadcasters, agencies and clients in Ireland, the UK and US.
We are currently looking for an Office Manager with a minimum of three years experience.
Suitable candidates must be highly efficient with good multitasking ability. Attention to detail is crucial.
Candidates should be proficient on both PC and Mac with detailed understanding of Microsoft Office software.
The basic office duties will include:
- Answering phones.
- Filing.
- Managing couriers, mail and deliveries.
- Dealing with maintenance and upkeep issues in the office.
- Purchasing of office supplies.
- Co-ordination and planning of meetings and taking minutes.
- Organising travel arrangements.
- Management of the company’s library.
- Managing timesheets and staff records.
The role will also involve some bookkeeping – managing invoices, statements and payments to and from the company and liaising with the company’s accountants to ensure they have all the information they need to manage the company’s affairs.
Salary will depend on experience and skillset
