The Magners Boston Irish Film Festival celebrated its 10th anniversary with an expanded program of screenings celebrating the best of Ireland on screen between the13 – 24 November.
A variety of features, documentaries and short films screened including Anton, Kings, Satellites and Meteorites, 32A, Dambé – The Mali Project and The Busker. Among the lineup was this years BIFF Award Winners: Eden (Best Film); At Home With the Cleary’s (Best Documentary); and The Basket Case (Best Short Fiction).
This years Excellence Award honoree, director John Boorman, was celebrated with a week-long retrospective of his work, culminating in a special Award Ceremony accompanying a screening of The General.
