On Tuesday 22nd March, The Irish Film and Television Academy, in association with BAI hosted an evening with scriptwriters: Dick Clement & Ian La Frenais at the Shelbourne hotel in Dublin. The screenwriting duo is responsible for a number of hit TV shows such as ‘Porridge’, 'The Likely Lads' and 'Auf Wiedersehen Pet'. They were also responsible for helping to bring Roddy Doyle’s book 'The Commitments' to the silver screen and have penned the new feature 'Killing Bono' starring Irish actors Martin McCann and Robert Sheehan which is released on 1st April.
